The Beginning
Marco and Sofia opened Pizza luce in a small 20-seat location in Deer Isle, with a simple wood-fired oven and a dream to serve authentic Italian cuisine.
Community Recognition
Featured as "Best New Restaurant" in Maine Food & Dining Magazine. Started offering cooking classes to share our passion for Italian cuisine with the community.
Expansion
Doubled our seating capacity and added a beautiful outdoor patio. Introduced our signature wine selection featuring bottles from family vineyards in Italy.
